to AS Sajakorpi (located in Jüri, Estonia)

Supply Chain Manager is responsible for receiving international orders, order database maintenance and tracking, order confirmations to customers and customer service regarding orders, delivery deadlines tracking and reporting. Among responsibilities are also export forwarding, transport management and contracts, Group reporting, international procurement and negotiations, managing stock and coordinating Sajas Group distribution stocks. The Supply Chain Manager participates in developing and managing ERP systems and is responsible for maintaining and developing the quality systems

It is a new position which reports directly to the President & CEO of Sajas Group.

We expect from a successful candidate:

  • Work experience in logistics (incl. warehousing and transportation) and with export freight forwarding, experience from an international company and team leading experience are an asset
  • Technical education
  • Good interpersonal and cooperation skills, team orientation
  • Development and change orientation
  • High initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Good technical understanding and logical thinking
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Good Estonian and English both spoken and written; spoken Finnish; German, Swedish and Russian languages would be a clear asset
